The Villa Park Public Library is holding a naming contest for the new Outreach van and would like YOUR help to select a name for the van!

The contest will end at 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, October 31, 2023. One (1) winner will be chosen at random from submitted entries. The Friends of the Villa Park Library will donate one (1) $50.00 gift card from Barnes & Noble. The winner must live in Villa Park, IL or Oakbrook Terrace, IL. One entry per person please.
Some history — The library purchased an outreach van in 2023. The van was funded with dollars captured with the dissolution of the LINC automation consortium in 2018. We anticipate using this van for the next 15-20 years. We will bring the van to events throughout our community and will also use the van for home delivery service of library materials to residents who cannot physically make it to their library.
