For the safety of our community and staff and to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, the Villa Park Public Library will remain closed to the public until further notice. While our physical building is closed, our staff can serve you via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can answer questions about how to use our eLibrary (eBooks, eMovies, and eMusic); offer tech support for your devices; provide book recommendations; suggest free online services/resources; and more.
While we are closed: holds have been suspended; we have extended due dates; and waived fines during this time. We have also increased check-outs through Hoopla(you will need to create an account with your library card number if you haven’t already), and dropped restrictions on accessing online content if you have fines on your account over $10. Staff has created a list of free online resources available here: free online resources.
We request that you do not return Library books and materials until further notice. However, our drive-up book return is open. Please note: items will not be checked in during the closing.
