Delivery is available to any Villa Park Public Library cardholder who is unable to visit the Library due to long-term illness, physical changes, or visual disabilities.
What if I don’t have a library card?
If you live in incorporated Villa Park, we can arrange for a card to be delivered on your first visit. If you live in unincorporated Villa Park or Oakbrook Terrace, a library card fee does apply. Please contact the Service Desk at (630) 834-1164 for more details.
What kind of materials can I borrow?
Library staff will deliver any type of circulating library material (books, audiobooks, CDs, etc.) to homebound residents.
How are the materials chosen?
We will contact you to find out what kinds of books and authors that you enjoy reading. Materials are selected by a librarian.
How long may I borrow the library materials?
Items will be checked out for four weeks. No fines are charged on overdue materials, but patrons are responsible for lost items.
How do I sign up for Homebound Delivery Services?
