The library will host a bookmark contest from April 1-30 for patrons of all ages who reside in Villa Park or Oakbrook Terrace.
Artists are invited to design a bookmark using this year’s summer reading program theme, “All Together Now.” There will be one winning bookmark in each of the age groups below. The prize for the winning bookmark in each age group will include: a gift card, the winning bookmark design printed and distributed in the library, and featured on the library’s website and social media pages. Designs must be submitted on the official entry form.
Artists may use pencil, pen, crayon, colored pencils, or markers. Please be sure to make the design bold enough that it will copy well with a standard photocopier. Digital designs are welcome, but must be submitted on the official entry form and follow the same guidelines.

Age groups will include: K-2nd Grade; 3rd-5th Grade; 6th-12th Grade; and ages 18+.
