Mark your calendars! The Annual Independence Day Parade hosted by Villa Park VFW Post 2801 will return this year! The parade will be held at a new time (10:00 a.m.) on Monday, July 4. The VFW is looking for groups, organizations, clubs, etc. to participate in the parade. Click the following links for more details. Participant letter and Participation Sign-Up form.
Formation begins at 8:30 am in the Trinity Lutheran Church parking lot.
The Parade route is approximately 2 miles long. The parade steps off at 10:00 AM, going west on Central to Harvard, South on Harvard to Madison, East on Madison to Summit, North on Summit to Park, West on Park to Ardmore for dispersal.
This year’s parade theme is “Unifying Our Freedom.”
