NOTICE TO BIDDERS – Request for Qualifications (RFQ)
The Villa Park Public Library is accepting Qualifications for Construction Management Services for the Library’s upgrade project in Villa Park, IL. Proposals shall be received via email to vppladmin@vppl.info until 12:00 p.m. local time, October 17, 2025, at which time all proposals will be reviewed. Proposal information will be kept confidential until an award is made.
RFQ specifications/documents will be available beginning on October 3 by emailing Sandra Hill, Library Director, at shill@vppl.info, or at the Villa Park Public Library and thereafter from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Phone: 630-834-1164, ext. 111.
In addition, the successful bidder must be able to provide a satisfactory proof of insurance as required in documents following the award of a contract. All contracts for work herein are subject to all Federal, State, County, and Local rules and regulations.
Criteria for selection are as follows: The selected Construction Manager must be able to start working on the project by November 24, 2025. All proposals will remain firm for 30 days after the submission deadline date. The Villa Park Public Library reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities on a proposal, and to accept the best qualified, responsible proposal that serves the best interests of the Villa Park Public Library.
