Mon., May 16 • 6:30–8:30 p.m.  Meredith Meder, ACS Certified Cheese Professional, will introduce the world of cheese. Learn about the rich heritage of artisan cheese-making as you taste your way through a delicious flight of cheese. A tasting fee of $7.00 per person is due at the time of registration which ends on May 9. Limit of 30.
