Subject Guide for Support Groups: DuPage County

Each research guide provides internet links and resources selected by our reference staff:

• Adventist Midwest Health - Provides group and individual grief counseling fro adults, teens and families.
• Christ Church of Oak Brook - Support Groups Offered: AA, Al Anon, Breast Cancer Support Group, Care for Caregivers, and AAIM Grief (loss of a family member by a drunk driver).
• DuPage County Health Department - Offers group and individual counseling, child services and crisis intervention. Services available in Lombard, Addison, West Chicago, Wheaton and Westmont.
• St Paul Lutheran Church - Offers counseling services related to anxiety, depression, behavioral issues in children, stress caused by the loss of a job, financial difficulties, divorce, marital issues and \"world stress\" for adults, children and teens.
