On Friday, March 8, 2013, at 7:00 pm, at the Library Annex, singer Rick Pickren, will present Songs and Stories of the Civil War. Pickren’s program will include songs and anecdotes about the War and performances on several instruments authentic to the Civil War period including a Boucher minstrel banjo and a gourd banjo.
