Free housing counseling is available as well. You will learn how to recognize the tell-tale signs of mortgage fraud.

- Mortgage Statement
- 2010 & 2011 W-2 & tax return with all schedules
- Copy of rental agreement, if necessary
- 2 months of recent paystubs
- Budget of household expenses
- Documentaion of other income
- 2 months of recent bank statements
- Recent utility bill
- Profit/Loss, if self-employed (last 6 months)
Don’t worry if you do not have all the docs on the day of the event. You can still meet with a HUD-Certified counseling agency or your lender and get the process started.
