This workshop is targeted at two types of SCORE clients:
- In-Business Clients – Review where you are and update areas that need to be improved or changed to grow your business profitably.
- Startups – Develop your business plan from A to Z under the tutelage of SCORE experts.
Participants will develop and review all the key sections of a business plan tailored to their business needs. Homework is required. All attendees will be provided with individualized support by SCORE mentors before, during and after class. We will help you walk out with an action plan to move your business forward, and we will be there to work with you after the workshop is completed.
