The Villa Park Public Library now has a limited number of tax forms available. The Library will have copies of federal and state tax forms, as well as a small number of instructional packets. The forms will be displayed in the Multi-Media Center on the first floor. If we no longer have any copies available, you can have copies of the forms printed for .10 cents a page.
